A dreamlike paradise is a surreal location. A place that takes you away from your day-to-day, where there is repetitiousness of city life, commuting to work, daily chores, or working from nine till five are all repetitive circumstances that are driving you insane.

You need a break; a way out from the daily slog. Perhaps a beachfront vacation in an interesting place is all you need to snap out of the daily grind. Look at the picture, take a deep inhalation, close your eyes, and just sink in that moment. You should be able to release endorphins in that tranquil setting and then maintain it. Your mind controls your inner desires, so once you release them, you’ll be in a place of total serenity.
If you break it down you have changed your state of mind. You have escaped the boredom of every day. Actually, you could compare this scenario to changing the light setting. It’s dark and you switch on the light. That brightness can make all the difference. You are forced to wake up and face reality. The difference is you experienced circumstances that suggest facing challenge. It’s much better to wake up naturally, isn’t it?
However, the beachfront scenario is purely a means to tapping into your spiritual side because it takes you to a place like heaven, your utopia, somewhere that allows you to produce your best productivity. This inner calm not only releases endorphins, but it also lowers blood pressure whilst unleashing your warrior instincts.
Deep breathing goes hand in hand to take it one notch further.
Take care!
