She was dazzlingly unstressed from life, blissful, and enjoying her trip to the Greek Islands. Her mum had suggested getting away over the summer holidays to visit Greece.
Whilst the different Greek Islands are known for their party atmosphere, they are also hugely popular for bewildering beaches, sheltered bays, coastal caves and further inland, its ancient villages, monasteries and world-class museums.
Alone she travelled by small ferry boat from Athens on to half a day’s visit to Santorini. Then Liz made her way to Spetses for a week. The small seven-mile long by three miles wide island where it wasn’t allowed to build more than two story properties, was beautiful.
She took it easy while sunbathing daily in private alcoves where she could lay topless. Seclusion to appreciate the time alone whilst sensing the peaceful environment, and relaxing by sipping homemade cocktails she had brought to the beach from her rented villa.
Small friendly restaurants were visited during her stay to savor local cuisine; seafood taken from local fishermen to satisfy her palate. She loved the calm transparent blue colored sea. She found it super interesting seeing a man striking an octopus on a protruding stone on the beach, and then later eating it.
Liz was in ecstasy! She hadn’t felt this good for years. Greek life was an experience everyone should have in her opinion, as it depicted the Goddess lifestyle.
