Cry for Help

A mother coming home at 6.15am on a Monday morning still half-cut doesn’t exactly instill confidence when her daughter is about to get up for school. Then she has a busy schedule of work on a new business project she has been contracted to supply.

What happened to the conscientious mother who went to bed to get a good night’s sleep only to wake up revitalized and dedicated to teaching her daughter good values to bring her up with a good sense of right and wrong?

Then to discover she is depressed makes you wonder how she intends to resolve her predicament. Rational behaviour is the best way to deal with trauma. Creating rituals to get through the day like mindful exercises which can be achieved participating in repetitive tasks.

Here are a few:

  1. Deep breathing

  2. Meditation

  3. Yoga

  4. Stretching

  5. Physical exercise

These repetitive tasks done unfailingly will strengthen one’s character, but also give purpose to life by releasing endorphins which are a feel-good drug that’s addictive. This is God’s gift in the form of a natural miracle that is available when called upon.

Literally, you can learn how to sit in still motion and tap into your spiritual side which allows you to benefit from this free ingredient to lifelong peace, and a deeper understanding of your existence. Deep breathing intensifies the outcome, so use this readily available present to benefit your life.

The mind is a powerful tool that when used correctly increases our potential of wellbeing. We all have the power to reach higher levels of achievement. It is only a question of decision to make the right call to action!

Take care!
