Fastest Car

The most successful F1 car is the Red Bull Honda RB19 2023 which won 21 out of 22 races for a 99.5%-win percentage, making it the most successful F1 car in history. It just beat out the McLaren Honda MP 4/4 that had a 93.75%-win percentage in 1988 with wins in 15 out of 16 races.

The McLaren MP4/4 was statistically the best F1 car of all time. In the 1988 F1 season, in the hands of Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna, the MP4/4 won 15 of the 16 races, only missing out on the complete set at the Italian Grand Prix thanks to Senna's famous collision with Jean-Louis Schlesser.

The modern F1 car can reach speeds of roughly 220mph on average when bombing down long straights. The fastest speed ever recorded in a race was from Valtteri Bottas’s Mercedes in the 2016 Mexican Grand Prix when he reached a startling 231mph, though certain conditions have to be met for that to happen.

One of the fastest road cars is the Bugatti Chiron which wrings out seemingly effortless power and performance, and it takes something truly special to really raise the bar. The Bugatti Chiron is that kind of special. Top speed somewhere north of 261 miles per hour (400 km p/hour).

The fastest car in the world is has been clocked at over 300 miles per hours. The title goes to the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut, which recorded a staggering 330 mph top speed earlier in 2023.

Actually, the risk element would be hugely unsafe, as even biplanes average speed is between 100 to 140 mph. That means double the velocity which would be hard to drive for prolonged periods, if at all on most road surfaces.

Take care!
