Limitations

Life is one long journey. As individuals we are unable to determine our future, but we can influence direction.

If something totally unfounded occurs, as it did to me, then dumbfoundedly I thought long and hard about the circumstances surrounding me. It was such a phenomenon that I really couldn’t wrap my mind around what happened.

Using a pc every day, it is very rare to not turn my computer on and off. In fact, something totally unexpected happened when I woke up this morning. After doing my usual early morning habits like washing my face, brushing my teeth, and tidying up my hair, coffee was sought.

As I entered my living room where my small open plan office leads off of it my opened computer whilst switched off, didn’t have the separator sheet on top of the keyboard. It's habitual to place it over the keyboard when I go to bed just in case dust matter gets between the keys, and creeps through to the printed circuit board (PCB) which over time could damage components. Call me a fool if you like, but it's true!

However, there were several pieces cut up spread all over the floor in front of my desk.

How was that possible I thought. I always lay the separator sheet over the keyboard to protect it from dust. And then who cut it into little pieces? I reflected over such a dilemma, and for the life of God, couldn’t for a moment make any sense of what had happened.

The original HP dust cover that came in the box was nowhere to be found. And as I have mentioned before remnants were on the floor.

Take care!
