Art is an extension of a person’s personality to express an emotional awareness while subconscious form of telling a story. We all have a story to tell. However, some artists are craftsmen who are able to produce picture perfect copies of photographs. Or in simple terms create a work-of-art which for an artist is his or her way of demonstrative design.
Artists enjoy creating meaningful impressions; artistry that shows their talent. Whether creative or not, art students can learn how to express themselves to bring out their own styles of artwork. Others have a natural flair which transcends into original masterpieces. For artists such as Monet (impressionism), Salvador Dali (surrealist), or Picasso (cubism towards abstract), they had dedicated their lives to art, and another master for example was Van Gogh from an era of post-impressionism.
I like to think that my designs are based on flow. On one hand abstract art is typically more focused on colors, shapes, and patterns, while surreal art often incorporates more bizarre and dreamlike elements. Surreal art may also tell a story or convey a message, while abstract art is more focused on the visual elements themselves. However, stories are the artist’s way of seeing things unwind, and very often the subconscious mind is coming into play.
Painting, drawing, or designing and creating sculptures are excellent manners to distress from the day-to-day grind of everyday living. Art is exactly that; the expression of ideas and emotions through a physical medium, like painting, sculpture, film, dance, writing, photography, or theatre.
You can recognize a great artist by how their work makes others feel. Good artists turn that energy into something beautiful. They use it to fuel their creativity and make work that resonates with others. Anyone can be an artist, but you can recognize a great artist by how their work makes others feel.
