Our mind controls everything. Using it wisely allows us to take advantage of living, to such a degree that we can manifest everything. We are how we feel.
In other words, a powerful mind will help us navigate through life to take advantage of everything it has to offer. As long as we work hard, and make good decisions life should be joyful and progressive. However, things occur around us which on occasions are negatively frustrating, or even devastating. Our heart brain creates emotional awareness that if not treated smartly will promote suffering.
As Angelina Lombardo, the author of Spiritual Entrepreneur, says, “Manifesting is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality...via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.”
A good test to understand what I’m talking about is when you have an accident driving normally, and another driver pulls out of a side street crashing into your vehicle head on.
Several problems would or could occur:
Damaged car which needs to be repaired.
Unroadworthy vehicle which means no transport until it’s fixed.
Potentially fatal or injured state.
If carrying passengers, they could be hurt or become paralyzed.
Morale affected causing low spirits
The list goes on…….
Strengthen your mind by consciously talking to yourself and staying positive. Remember, what others do is in their life and not yours, so you have to accept what happens in their life and not take their decisions too emotionally. Remember, the strong survive which is an emotional state. Use the following tidbits:
Time is continual (use it wisely)
Reaching an objective is limited to your own constraints (find your destiny)
See it as you want (don’t permit others to persuade you)
It isn’t about what others decree (make your own decisions based on logic and what you want)
It’s about your spiritual guidance (get spiritual)
Embrace the moment (endorphin release)
Feel the strength of your power (action orientated)
The list goes on…….
You are strong and can achieve whatever you set your mind to do (within reason) No good saying you are going to lift 1000kg at the gym if your absolute maximum is 10% of that on a normal day. Be realistic while stretching to improve!
When hurdles are faced, stride to overcome them and accept they are unfortunate. If you become deeply saddened such as by having an unprovoked car accident and some of the above problems occur; collect yourself, take several deep breaths, spiritually engage and use your powerful mind to actively accept what has happened, the damage that has been caused, and the after effects it will have on your life.
Take stock of the situation, accept the consequences, and focus on moving forward. You can’t change what has happened, and dwelling on it will only make matters worse. Instead, process it and then move on realizing it is out of your control. Focus your attention to what you can do and believe in yourself. Action to prosper can only help deal with matters.
Don’t allow these negative instances to eat inside you, as they will rip you apart. Focus on what matters. Turn the page and go into the next chapter of your life. Unlimited power is mindset!
Have a remarkable day!
