Winning Attitude

Atualizado: 26 de out. de 2022

Champions are made. Having the Attitude of a Winner prepares us for life by providing enhancement tools that make a difference while giving us the winning edge.

Carrying a mascot around can be a surefire way to enlighten spirits when facing challenges. True champions believe enthusiastically that they have what it takes to be victorious. And that’s where self-esteem creates the ultimate confidence to pull out all the stops which means to make every possible effort or use all available resources to achieve an end.

Bear with me for a moment, sit in a comfortable position and hold your shoulders back while arms bent at the elbows and forearms parallel to the ground with palms facing up towards the ceiling. Inhale a deep breath through your nose and feel the oxygen come up from your stomach into your lungs while making that little bit of extra effort to fill up your chest. Hold on momentarily, and then exhale fully. Repeat!

To take it to the next level, put on alpha-brainwave, Zen, or instrumental music that helps achieve greatness. The whole process fulfills inner satisfaction by mood swinging whilst causing total calmness and a robust attitude to realize the impossible. Use all three of your brains in sync to bring your confidence up abundantly to take on feats of excellence.

The brain is a sophisticated mechanism; playing a role in the major body system and control of voluntary movement, as well as processing sensory information, speech, intelligence, memory, emotion, while regulating blood pressure and breathing. Humans are gifted with three brains: the head, heart, and gut-brain. Hard to believe, but the three interact in that they have billions of neurons that cooperate with each other like a philharmonic orchestra.

Don’t take my words for this, but rather go ahead, turn the page, and create a better you. We are all gifted, but few of us are able to achieve true greatness in every sense of the word. I believe in you. Do you believe in yourself?

Take care!
